Can anyone recommend a name brand leather seat conditioner that i could buy at a store in the US?
I would like to keep my leather seats in my Ford truck lasting as long as i can.What name brand conditioner works best and can be found in a regular auto or department store in the USA?A name brand that you can tell really works and keeps the leather soft??I was told not to use saddle soap.Opinions??
Please dont use armor-all, it will put a slick shiney coating on the leather and is very bad for the leather. If you ever need to have a repair done armor-all or like siliconized products dramatically effect the ability and have to be stripped with acetone.
Its a shame that you need a "name-brand" from a retail store- all of those products are made by chemist who have great theory, but dont see leather that has been treated by their product every 3-6 months for 4 years....I do...I see the end result of the chemistry- incorrect pH etc...that why we make our own; we know what it will do and that it is beneficial to the leather.
